Intercom to Jira sync that tells you when something breaks
BackstopSync turns Intercom conversations into Jira issues and keeps them in step. When a sync fails, you see it, you see why, and you retry just that item.
What it syncs
- An Intercom conversation becomes a Jira issue, for every conversation or only the ones with your tag.
- Notes added in Intercom are appended to the issue as comments.
- When the issue's status changes in Jira, a note is posted back to the conversation.
What happens when it fails
- Every sync run is listed with how many items succeeded, failed or were skipped.
- Every failed item shows its error, its source and the data it carried.
- Retry one item, or all of them.
- A webhook alert when a run contains failures, to Slack, Teams or anything that accepts one. Email alerts are coming.
BackstopSync is in beta and free. It runs on servers in Germany. Questions: support@backstopsync.com
